A New Perspective
Change makes me happy. Every now and then I need to mix things up in order to keep from falling into a rut. Quite a few things have actually changed recently, but I have been remiss about writing about them. All of that is about to change, however, with this big reveal.
You may remember from my August house tour that this is what my living room looked like a couple of months ago.
And here it is now. They were not big changes but just a few updates to freshen things up.
If you look closely enough, you may notice a couple of other changes. I will write about those soon.
I am loving the change. It is the little things that make me happy. Crème seems to approve as well.
Hopefully, all is well in your home also.
Happy Homemaking!
I love that red settee under the window. It must be a nice place to read a book with the natural light. And you’ve added some red to the dining room!
That room does get really nice light, and I love reading in there. I should do it more often! It is also a good spot for a cup of coffee on weekend mornings.
As for the dining room, if I can ever get the motivation, there should be more red in there soon. 🙂
You’ve done a great job pulling together the colors for this room. I am envious of your two sinuous lounges and your Mid-Mod chair … they look great from any angle!
Sometimes when I look at that room, I only see the things that are still on the to-do list. It is nice to hear someone compliment what I have already done in there. Thank you!
Looks great! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks sister!
