DIY Halloween Graveyard
Last November we ran across a number of landscaping blocks on the curb. I would have liked to take them all, but we limited ourselves to three. I thought that they looked a bit like tombstones and planned to use them for Halloween. Last weekend, Douglas pulled them out.
Then, he procured some baby faces for me. When I got home from work on Tuesday afternoon, they were out on the lawn looking definitely macabre.
There was also one in a flower pot amidst the garlic chives.
I decided to add one to the wreath on the door.
We need to figure out how to light them up, so that people can see them at night.
Happy Halloween!
Glow sticks.
Or battery operated tea lights
Battery operated tea lights
We did not have any battery operated tea lights, but we put flashlights in them, and it worked well.
i love how much you decorate for halloween – so talented! love the tombstones/creepy baby faces
Wait til you see them all lit up. I will publish that post on Monday.
Yep, battery-operated tea lights. Love the tombstones!
The best part is that they came from the trash. No money!
